About to go live on Kickstarter, knowing I'll fund this true coming of age story of a high school rock band in 1969.
In it will be reenactments of The Doors, Steppenwolf concert at Hollywood Bowl, and again at a theater in the round in Woodland Hills no one knows about. Sneeking up to Hudini's Castle, playing music at the High School in a Central San Fernando Valley, an accident that slowed the groups progress, playing at Gazzarries and all that entailed.
It should be a very good movie, but first, it needs to be funded. I'll be on here as it goes live and remind everyone from around the world to fund with what you can. &10, &20, $100. With $10,000 you get an IMDB Producers Credit.
Check out the story line, and get the check book ready, if you want to see a real story about late 60's rock and roll. Music of Steppenwolf, Iron Butterfly, Led Zep, Rolling Stones, The Doors, all the good rock of the era will be soundtracked, and much of it preformed.
